How to Order from Pinnacle Paintball Supply
We accept Major Credit Cards (invoiced through PayPal. No account necessary.), PayPal, Money Orders, Electronic Money Transfers, and Personal Cheques drawn on Canadian Banks. Orders paid for with PayPal, or EMT will be shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders paid by M.O. or Cheque will ship once the funds clear.
To order, just send us an email with the items you'd like, your shipping address, and your prefered method of payment. We will then send you a total, including shipping and taxes, and the expected time of delivery. Quotes are good for 15 days from the time of issue. With the fluctuating money markets, we are not able to guarantee pricing beyond that. We will endevour to update the site when there is a large change in pricing from our suppliers, but we reserve the right to change pricing at anytime.
Due to the implementation of HST in Ontario and BC, we will now be applying HST (13%) to all our domestic orders.
Our shipping center is located in Southwestern Ontario. Generally we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with insurance and domestic tracking, but if you would like another shipping method let us know and we'll try to accommodate. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship 12g cartridges through Canada Post, and will ship the entire order with UPS instead.
Please note: We will ship to the registered address of the owner of the PayPal account only. We will not be able to ship to a third party address. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Customers:
We will ship to international addresses (outside of continental North America) but shipping will be by UPS or courier for tracking purposes.
Delays at customs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that some countries do not allow the importation of paintball equipment. It is up to the purchaser to ensure legality in their own country prior to ordering.
All international packages will be clearly marked with accurate customs declarations.
Any package siezed by customs and not returned to Pinnacle Paintball will not be refunded.
Returns and Cancellations:
We strive to provide the absolute best quality pump paintball gear to our customers, but if you find that you need to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We are sorry but we will not accept any return without an RA#. We can only accept items for refund/exchange that are in new, unopened condition, and that are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Custom made parts, are not returnable.
Returned Special Order parts will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in whole. Any cancellation after 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20%.
